Solibo Home SDK
Kotlin and TypeScript clients for Solibo Home, the platform for owning and managing homes in Norway. Start at developers.solibo.no for concepts and credentials; this site covers the client code.
Today Solibo Home serves housing communities (borettslag, sameier and similar) and the boards, owners, residents and property managers around them.

Choose your path
| If you are building | Use | Start here |
|---|---|---|
| A service or integration | A machine client (m2m) | Services and integrations |
| An app where people sign in: Android, iOS, desktop or CLI | An app session (mobile) | Apps where people sign in |
| A page Solibo hosts on solibo.no | A cookie session (browser) | Pages Solibo hosts |
| An AI assistant or agent | The MCP server | mcp.solibo.no |
Choose your package
| Platform | Package | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| Kotlin: Android, iOS, JVM | no.solibo.oss:sdk | API calls and authentication |
| Sentry on Android and iOS | no.solibo.oss:sdk-sentry | SDK calls as breadcrumbs and tags in your app’s Sentry (Telemetry) |
| JavaScript / TypeScript | @solibo/solibo-sdk | API calls, models, and authentication |
| TanStack Query | @solibo/solibo-query | Query options and mutations for any framework |
| React | @solibo/solibo-react | Hooks and SoliboProvider |
All packages share one version; pin the same version across packages, and upgrade regularly (compatibility).
no.solibo.oss:sdk is the whole API. It brings no.solibo.oss:sdk-core (authentication, the client, the models shared across APIs) and one no.solibo.oss:sdk-api-<name> per API area (sdk-api-company, sdk-api-invoicing, …) with it, all released together under one version, and the Kotlin packages are the same wherever a class lives. A Kotlin service that only needs a few areas can depend on those modules instead; see Depending on single API modules.
Import clients and models from the SDK, query options from solibo-query, and hooks from solibo-react. A TypeScript bundle that should carry only the API domains it uses builds its client from @solibo/solibo-sdk/core and imports those domains from @solibo/solibo-sdk/<domain>; see Bundling only the domains you use.
Guides
- Authentication: Sign in and handle MFA.
- Usage examples: Read data, make changes, and upload files.
- Documents and attachments: Reuse files, embed them in posts, and resize images.
- Field projections: Request only the fields you need.
- Event bus: Receive conversation activity live.
- Telemetry: OpenTelemetry spans for every Kotlin call, and the Sentry bridge for mobile.
For custom configuration, what the client does for you, testing, and wrapper conventions, see Advanced setup, MockHomeApi, and Conventions and wrappers. The JavaScript types guide covers how Kotlin types look in JavaScript; the changelog covers migration notes.
Choose TypeScript, Kotlin, or Both at the top of a page with examples. Your choice carries across guides.
